Do you believe yoga is for everyone—but sometimes feel unsure how to make that a reality?

This 8-month professional training teaches you The EMBODY Method — a functional and compassionate framework for teaching inclusive, therapeutic yoga.

It empowers teachers to educate, modify, balance, observe, develop, and yield—integrating anatomy, adaptation, and dharma to serve every body with skill and confidence.

We'll update you when the doors open via email

Topics we'll cover...

🪷 MODULE 1 - Functional Anatomy

Explore the body through the lens of yoga and movement therapy.
We’ll take a deeper dive into the pelvis, spine, hips, knees, feet, shoulders, elbows, and hands—learning how structure, alignment, and movement patterns influence safe, accessible practice.

🪷 MODULE 2 - Asana Lab

Learn to adapt and modify yoga for every body.
We’ll explore Chair Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, and Restorative Yoga, with emphasis on using props, positioning, and variations to create empowering, inclusive classes.

🪷 MODULE 3 - Sequencing for Therapeutic Impact

Understand how to apply asana in a therapeutic way.
We’ll study mobility vs. stability, how to build safe progressions, and the art of sequencing for private clients, small groups, and specialized populations—including the energetics of yoga and nervous system regulation.

🪷 MODULE 4 - Common Health Conditions

You’ll learn key safety considerations and how to use yoga to support healing, function, and quality of life.
Build confidence teaching students with orthopedic and neurological conditions, including arthritis, back pain, stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s.

🪷 MODULE 5 - Yoga Assists & Hands-On Adjustments

Develop confidence in offering safe, therapeutic touch.
We’ll explore tactile cueing, physical adjustments, savasana therapeutics, acupressure, and assisted stretching to support body awareness and relaxation.

🪷 MODULE 6 - Dharma, Breath, & Yoga Philosophy

Bring heart and depth into your teaching.
This module explores the philosophical roots of yoga, including the Yoga Sutras and key teachings that guide compassionate, mindful instruction. You’ll learn how to weave dharma talks, pranayama (breathwork), and mindful themes into your classes—helping students connect with yoga as a path of awareness, not just movement.

🪷 MODULE 7 - Business of Yoga

Bring your purpose to life sustainably.
You’ll learn how to identify your ideal students, build authentic branding, create free offerings, start your newsletter, and grow a thoughtful social media and website presence that aligns with your values.
