WELCOME TO STRONGER AFTER 65 ✨
I am so grateful to have your trust and am thrilled to show you how to improve your strength + balance through yoga and fitness in this 4-week program.
WHEN ARE MEETING TIMES?
We will be meeting on Zoom, Mondays at 9am on:
April 20th, April 27th, May 4th, and May 11th.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
You will need a yoga mat set up in front of your bed or couch.
Access to a wall space or counter top for balancing exercises.
A pillow or blanket for knee support.
2 Dumbbells I recommend two, five pound dumbbells, but if possible it could be nice to have a light pair and a heavy pair.
HOW TO BEST SET UP YOUR EXERCISE SPACE?
Set up your laptop or iPad about 8 feet away from your mat so I can get a full body shot of you so I can give you postural corrections.
Set up your yoga mat in front of your bed or couch so we can safely challenge your balance.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN'T MAKE THE LIVE SESSION?
Each session will be recorded and the recording will be posted in this portal about 24 hours after the live meeting.
I understand life happens, but please carve some time out of your week for YOU!
When you attend live I can give you personalized feedback and postural corrections. You can also ask me questions after the meeting so it is in your best interest 🙏
HOW TO FOLLOW THE PROGRAM:
To get the BEST possible results, I recommend joining us live on Monday then doing the recording again on Wednesday and Friday.
The best way to make progress is to do these exercises frequently, often, with discipline and consistency 🔥
Rome wasn't built in a day, and this program is designed to get you moving in the right direction, but it's ultimately up to you to stick with it 💕
