This Group Coaching Program is for women who are 60 years or older and looking to improve balance and strength through yoga and fitness. Join Caroline for a 4-Week Program so that you can better understand the systems that help you balance and feel more steady and strong than you did yesterday. We'll meet at 9am Central Time on 5/18, 5/25, 6/1, and 6/8. All you'll need is a yoga mat, 2 dumbbells, and a chair.
