I work with highly motivated people who are navigating changes in their body and want to stay strong, mobile, and independent.
Many of my clients are living with neurological conditions or recovering from injuries such as spinal cord injuries, stroke, multiple sclerosis, or brain injuries. Others are simply noticing changes with age and want to continue moving well, reducing pain, and staying active in their daily life.
You might be someone who:
Feels weaker, less balanced, or less steady than you used to
Is recovering from a surgery, injury, or neurological diagnosis
Experiences pain, stiffness, or limited mobility
Wants to move with more confidence and less fear of falling
Is motivated to stay active, independent, and live a full life
Or maybe you’re someone who has been through rehab and are wondering…
👉 “What do I do now to maintain and keep progressing?”
That’s where this work comes in.
Together, we focus on helping you:
Improve strength, balance, and coordination
Increase flexibility and range of motion
Reduce pain and stiffness
Build confidence in your body again
Develop a sustainable movement practice you can continue on your own
This isn’t about pushing your body to extremes.
It’s about learning how to work with your body in a way that supports your long-term health and quality of life.
This is not a typical yoga class.
My approach blends:
Physical therapy principles
Therapeutic yoga
Functional strength and mobility work
Breathwork and relaxation techniques
Every session is adapted to your body, your goals, and your current abilities.
Some days might look like strength and balance work.
Other days might focus more on stretching, pain relief, or calming your nervous system.
Both matter.
I’m a Physical Therapist Assistant and yoga teacher with over 8 years of experience, and I’ve spent years working directly with people living with spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, multiple sclerosis, and other neurological conditions.
I’ve helped clients:
Regain strength after paralysis or injury
Improve balance and walking ability
Reduce chronic pain
Return to meaningful activities like playing with grandchildren, working, or moving more independently
I understand both the clinical side of recovery and the human side of what it feels like to live in an ever-changing body.
You won’t be treated like a diagnosis.
You’ll be supported as a whole person.
This work is for you if you want to:
Feel stronger getting up from a chair or moving around your home
Improve your balance so you feel more stable when walking
Reduce pain so daily activities feel easier
Get back to doing things that light you up!
Or simply feel more at home in your body again
No matter where you're starting from, there is always something we can build on.
